Stewart G. Greenberg, Of Counsel

Stewart G. Greenberg specializes in personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, medical malpractice litigation and complex commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in litigating cases involving difficult liability issues. Mr. Greenberg has tried over 50 cases to verdict, many of which have resulted in verdicts over 1 million dollars. In addition to these cases, Mr. Greenberg has handled well over a 1,000 cases during his career and many of those have been resolved for substantial recoveries including one which settled for approximately $22 million.

Mr. Greenberg was awarded a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, Coral Gables, Florida in May 1979. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University in 1976. He received an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell during his first year of eligibility in 1989 and has maintained that company's highest said rating ever since. Mr. Greenberg has also been recognized by Who's Who in American Law, Millennium Edition. Mr. Greenberg is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar since 1979 and the New York Bar since 1986. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, the Middle District of Florida and the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Greenberg is a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers; The American Association for Justice; the American Bar Association; The Dade County Bar Association; The Million Dollar Advocate Forum and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. Outside of the office, Mr. Greenberg has served as President of Bet-Shira Congregation and is a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Greenberg has also served on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Adoption and Foster Care Organization (JAFCO) and chaired their capital fundraising campaign for their new Children's Village in Sunrise, Florida.
